Really enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean smoke-free hotel. The staff were pleasant and amazingly nice too. My standard queen room with toiletries and the bathtub plus fridge was exceptionally comfortable and excellent. A microwave and refrigerators were available in the kitchen...

Newly remodelled units with the bathtub, fridge, and EXCEPTIONAL staff. Paid US$ 85. Handy location for Council Bluffs, right by the casinos, golf course and walking trail. Also, close to Casino.

The sheets where old and stained. The coffe maker was dirty.

Desk Staff especially friendly and helpful. The mattresses were firm and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. The morning continental breakfast was very nice with hot coffee, oatmeal, juice etc. Linen was of good quality and very clean.
I couldn't get the clock radio to work but that was no big deal. I found Council Bluffs a hard place to get around so I had a difficult time finding this motel.

The location felt hidden and hard to find, with no visible signs guiding you to the entrance. Rooms could benefit from better lighting. Some had noisy previous guests, and the beds were a mix of comfort levels, with some complaints about firmness. Vending machines lacked variety.

Hotel needs renovations - things looked old and in need of upgrading. But for a quick stopover, it was a good value.
